= 海阔天空 =

Tong tong tong qiang, tong tong tong qiang... Here comes CNY, the much awaited and much not so awaited one.

Nonetheless, its still CNY! Never did i think that my room would be done in a day with the positive naggings and lending of hands from my dad and mum. Yet, with head raised and eyes lifted, i'm proud to say MAVIS SIN YOKE JING has managed to clean her room!!! *winks*
Now, its FINALLY presentable and i've learnt that staying messy is really an excuse, but i cant help but love to be messy once in a while... agrhh, gek gim stop compromising!

The CNY house tour started since the eve and my family had really at least put on a few pounds here and there. Not to mention the fanatic mum who changed her top and bottom green when some new year countdown programmes says that Green is the colour for her year. green shirt and green pants???! sorry, but she's so high over it!! HAHA justs laugh it off la, after all it comes only a year. Mum and dad decided that this year we should all go green and healthy even in our selection of the ingredients for steamboat. Okay. Anyway, why must steamboat be called STEAMBOAT? where on earth does it looks like a "boat" ? We had practically 70% vegetables and 30% meat. Hm.. but they turn out pretty well! :D

To add on, the visit to my dad's sister, in other words my aunts place was truly an awesome one. They whole building and architectural design of that whole place is truly amazing! They bought over this piece of land near changi prison, and build the entire whole house again. There's 3 levels and a Basement! Pretty awesome! I really like the way the master bedroom is like, Spacious, with big full length mirrors, pleasant colours and an amazing bathroom with a jacuzzi bath tub and so many green plants which make you feel like you're at some 世外桃源！Anyway,
its really amazing how the basement is constructed too. ( its my favourite! ) Its acually this special room which has a karaoke set and lcd projector and after the lights are dimmed, when you lift up your heads, you could practically see small, yet bright and colour changing twinkling stars on the ceiling. They're simply so beautiful.

Yet, we hear of the pains and troubles to maintain such a big house. How my cousins would not be able to find their mother after they wake up from a nap; my aunt would need to carry about her mobile with her as she goes to the garden to clear the leaves. OH YES, the garden. hahaha the kois there are so fat now!!! Its really so hard to maintain a big 4 storey house with 4 family members and practically 1 wife to maintain the whole house.

Surely, beneath every glorious appearance requires utmost maintainance.

Its important to do some self maintainance too.
But its more important to have a mind set thats ever more ready for progress.
And i simply love that word; Progress.
