Captivating___

= CHINESE NEW YEAR =

to everyone, chinese new year is a time of greetings, blessings and moments of "prospering" for the younger kids.

I used to think that cny would just be another day, just with more food, more people and COMMON conversations every year. (unlike some of my friends, none of my relatives asked me any funny questions. hahaha :P)

though the people might be the same,yet we get to see how people change over time either for the better or not so well doing, and simply marvel at how interesting this world is created in the areas of Human networking and relationships.

A particular incident happened to me just on the second day of cny whereby i accompanied my gand for some vistations. This individual family whom i knew since birth is obviously very rich and influential, not forgetting skeptical. But they can be quite nice if they want to. They have 2 sons, younger one married last dec at 26 the older one is RICH but single. So to move from house to house we needed cars to transport us, so i took the car of the older son with one of my cousins. he used to be my 'eye-candy' whos suave, cool and promising. it was the very first time ever heard him speak. to my horror, 8 out of the 10 words he spoke was either words of condemnation or vulgarities. My image of him was like *piang piang piang* shattered on the ground. From this incident, i saw how our words can really frame our image and impression in the minds and hearts of others.For something that could have even been well established for 10 yrs might be shattered in 1 second with 1 word. You tongue holds the power to life nad death so, SPEAK WELL! Or even so, desire to speak well!

In the evening, i proceed to ah gongs place and played with the dogs. Fen asked me how was ah gong, in reply i said : " as handsome as usual!" , and thats the truth. :)

later at night we spend it at max's and pud's place, watching S.H.E concert! while the rest enjoyed dry-swimming and eating. we were very blessed with pizzas and drumlets! and we decided to spend more time with each other at kbox after that.

I then recieved a call from a loved friend,hoping that i could help in his situation but there were really times when i feel quite helpless and depressed over his situation. If you happen to read this, just get over what you should get over and really dont nurse any pain. WAKEUP!!

I wouldnt say that i want to be too blunt all the time, but i guessed i have to and there's no other way.

God still shows a way when i couldnt see anything ahead.
He shines the brightest when my life is in the darkest.
